Achieving what you want in life means doing what it takes! Not just now and then – but every day, and that takes lots of self-discipline and lots of self-motivation. Our attitude affects EVERYTHING.
In this programme, participants will learn techniques developed by Dr. Zimmerman to relinquish limiting attitudes, release potential and instil habits of success.
Objectives
To enable participants to:
- understand the relationship between attitude and success
- recognise the factors which destroy personal motivation
- to deepen the commitment to personal excellence
- to acquire tools and apply strategies that create and sustain a positive attitude and personal motivation
The Relationship between Attitude and Success
The basic blocks to developing a positive attitude are established by:
- neutralising self-defeating thoughts
- breaking barriers using visualisation and the power of the mind
Building Blocks to a Positive Attitude
Participants learn to reinforce the importance and principles of a positive attitude by adopting a ‘learning by doing’ style. Evidence based strategies are combined with practical experience in order to reinforce training objectives.

Participants learn successful strategies to reinforce what they have learned i.e.-
