We include support both during and after our courses, to embed newly learned skills into daily practice.  This takes the form of:

• a comprehensive course workbook
• activities during course to practise newly learned skills 
• a learning skills implementation plan
• identifying suggestions for reinforcement activities
• e-mail support 
• follow-up guidelines for managers
